We build dedicated HR and payroll reports. We create proprietary tools for vacation pay calculations, bonus reporting, and any HR data. We extend Ad-Hoc queries with dedicated fields. We also provide audit/comparison reports of salary changes with month-to-month comparisons.

We assist with creating ZUS application and settlement documents. We diagnose cases of missing data export from SAP and support diagnostics and communication with SAP OSS.

We extend the system to enable exporting payslips to PDF files. We support automating the sending of payslips to employees’ email inboxes.

We build SAP HCM – FI interfaces. We set up postings both within the same SAP system and via IDoc/BAPI interfaces. We create dedicated mechanisms for synchronizing accounting data, reporting posted amounts, and automatic creation of proportional splits.

We create documentation of existing solutions and their potential for expansion.
