XML documents are created by SAP and the product allows managing, signing, and sending them to the Ministry and recipients via email or employee portal as PDFs. SAP ensures the correctness and updates of XML files. This results in lower update service costs and less work related to legal changes. For example, we do not create PITs nor update their forms or XML files. Competitors must create new XML templates annually and map the relevant fields. Our solution is firmly based on the SAP standard, so we don’t worry about new form versions; SAP provides updates anyway.
