How does the recruitment process work?
1. Reviewing the CV:
- The candidate submits their CV by sending an email to rekrutacja@haergi.pl.
- Verification of the CV and assessment of experience by the recruitment team.
- If the CV meets the requirements, the candidate proceeds to the next stage.
2. Recruitment interview:
- The candidate receives an invitation to schedule the interview.
- The recruitment team sends an email with a link to the online meeting.
- The meeting lasts up to 45 minutes and includes a standard recruitment conversation.
3. Receiving the offer:
- If the interview is positive, the candidate receives a job offer and the opportunity to join the team.
